How Should I go about detoxifying my body?

Detoxifying your body to remove harmful toxins should be done regularly to better improve the functioning of your vital organs such as the liver and kidney. There are several ways. Change of diet, adding veggies and fruits and grains that are known for their detoxifying properties. Or you could us a cleansing product, it is faster but it can also be harsh on a system that is already hurting. So it is a matter of personal choice.

Colon Cleansing.
There are a number of colon cleansing products in bother pill and power. Some work better than others. Some are designed for a fast and complete cleansing of all build up waste in the colon. Others or designed for occasional constipation. While cleaning of our intestinal health and well being, I like the idea of making cleaning and very day reality in my life, buy using simple ingredients that are filled with nutrition and an antitoxin properties.

Dr. Oz's Green Drink Recipe:
1. 1 celery stick
2. 2 apples -chopped
3. Juice of 1 lemon
4. 1 medium sized cucumber- diced
5. A cup of spinach.
6. Half cup parsley- chopped
7. 1 small piece of ginger- peeled

The recipe can be made simply by blending these ingredients with purified water and ice cubes. You can use some raw carrot juice or unsweetened fruit juice to sweeten this drink. It is very effective for weight loss, as it is a good remedy that will provide an effective colon cleanse.

Fiber Berry Detox Drink Recipe
2 large green apples
2 large yellow pears
1/3 cup blueberries
1/4 cup fresh cranberries
3 strawberries

Juice apples, pears, blueberries, cranberries and strawberries into a large glass. Stir mixture and drink.

Liver & Kidney Cleansing
Garden Greens Detox Drink Recipe
1 large carrot
2 large tomatoes
1 medium cucumber
1 medium stalk celery
1/3 cup packed spinach leaves
1/4 cup packed Romaine leaves
1/4 cup packed parsley

Juice carrot, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, spinach, Romaine and parsley into a glass. Stir mixture and drink.

Liver cleanes

1/2 cup of warm water
2 tbsp of pure lemon juice
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of black-strap molasses
cayenne pepper to taste
Drink this mixture first thing in the morning for 10 days continuously.
